Integrity Advisory is family-owned, four generations deep. What started in 1800 as a wool trading and merchant house in Marash, Ottoman Empire, is, today, a complete advisory partner built on the same wisdom, hard work, and success passed down through every generation since.
Our story begins in 1800, in the city of Marash, in the Ottoman Empire, where the Ser-Manukyan family built a wool trading and merchant business.
In the early 1950s, as the rise of computers began to reshape commerce, the family modernized — carrying the same wisdom and hard work into a new era.
In the early 1990s, the family expanded into the United States, establishing new operations and laying the foundations here. Manuel Ser-Manukyan, continuing that legacy, began advising clients directly in 1997.
In 2025, Manuel Ser-Manukyan partnered with three fellow founders — Tetyana Ser-Manukyan, Artur Geravetyan, and Michael Nasiff — merging accounting, technology, and insurance with consulting to found Integrity Advisory's four practice areas.
